Samai Millet Upma Flour / Little Millet upma flour  250 Gms  Rs. 90

Saamai millet upma flour or Little Millet upma flour is a Ready to cook, millet, dal, pepper mix which contains samai (Little Millet), Pepper, Cumin, Urad dal, Chana Dal, Toor Dal and Curry Leaves.

Just add and heat little oil in a pan then add mustard, Urad dal when it splits add the samai millet upma flour and saute for a while then add 3 parts water, salt to taste and cook well covering with a lid turning often.

When cooking well switch off the stove and serve hot with sambar or chutney.
