A fine blend of Palm sugar, Pepper, Turmeric, Cinnamon, Dry Ginger, Cloves and Cardamom.

Directions:

Just mix half or one teaspoonful in a cup of hot boiling milk, stir and take to get the benefits of all herbs and improved immunity. For best results just add quarter teaspoon of virgin coconut oil, so that the turmeric powder will get evenly dispersed.
