Ulundhu Kanji 250 Gms. Ingredients: Roasted and finely ground mix of Black Ulundhu (Urad dal) and Raw Rice. Directions: Mix 2 teaspoonful in 200 ml of water . Then cook in low flame till the mix is cooked, turns transparent and the consistency is reached. Add salt, pepper or sugar and varanum powder.
