Varagu Pongal/ Kodo Millet Pongal 250 Gms Rs. 80
Heat Little oil in a Pressure cooker and add the annams varagu pongal flour, saute for a while and add 4-5 times water cover with the lid and cook well for 4 or 5 whistle till it is completely done. Open the pressure cooker when the steam subsides. Add 2-3 spoons of ghee mix well and now the varagu pongal is ready. Annams varagu pongal is good choice for morning breakfast or night Dinner. It goes well with chutney or sambar. A pack of 250 Gm serves 3 adults.
